Created in a custom game engine, “Inline:Out of Time” is an adrenaline-fueled 2D action platformer packed with high-speed deliveries, urban parkour, and rail-grinding.

I worked on this project Fall 2022 to Spring 2023 as part of my projects class in DigiPen Institute of Technology in a team of 12. I was an Art Lead, environment artist, and Spine2d Rigging artist.

The game is available to play on Game Gallery, and Steam.

Contributions:

  • Organised timelines, art asset list, and art meetings. Created guides on using Unity (initial prototyping), and assisted with implementing 2D assets into our custom game engine.

  • Rigged and created skins for all 4 characters in the game— total of 31 skins .

  • Created tilesets (4x), 72 props, 12 vfx assets.

  • Artpassed every level (5) in the game with Tiled.

  • Designed, created, and artpassed my own level using Tiled in collaboration with our audio programmer.

  • Steam achievement icons.
